  • Where are you located?
    Our rooms are located at the northern end of Crown Street, Wollongong. Parking is available nearby. Further details will be provided with confirmation of your booking. Telehealth appointments are available if you are unable to attend in person.
  • Are there any rebates available?
    Absolutely, there are options available for Medicare rebates if you hold a GP Chronic Health Care Plan. Kindly remember to bring your plan and your Medicare card to your appointment. Rebates can be processed on-site. A typical rebate covers a portion of your appointment fee. If you're unsure about your eligibility for a care plan, please consult your GP. ​ Alternatively, you may also be eligible for private health insurance rebates. We encourage you to reach out to your individual insurance provider to explore this possibility and determine the available coverage for you.
  • Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
    No preparation is required for your appointment. However, to make the most of your time with your dietitian, it's helpful to consider your individual nutrition and health goals. Having a clear understanding of what you hope to achieve can help guide your consultation and tailor the approach to best meet your needs.
  • Will I receive a meal plan?
    We recognise the uniqueness of each individual, which is why we don't offer standard meal plans. Instead, our focus is on enriching your understanding of nutrition and its relevance to your specific dietary concerns. Our approach emphasises practical knowledge and lifelong education, free from unnecessary restrictions.
  • Do I need to be weighed?
    We respect your comfort level regarding discussions about weight. If your goals are weight-focused but you prefer not to be weighed, that's perfectly okay. We'll prioritise other metrics to track your progress and goals.
